Hey there,

 I'm Jenn...

Do I always look this glam?

Absolutely not.

You can usually catch me in my small town near the Bighorn Mountains, nose-deep in numbers at my CPA firm...which is honestly exactly where I love to be.

When I'm not there, I'm in the bleachers cheering on my son at his sporting events, probably wearing the school’s logoed fleece and wondering if I remembered to pack snacks.

but by
moonlight?

I'm Jenn Reed:

podcaster, AF community leader, and professional disruptor of the billion-dollar lies the alcohol industry has been selling us.

That brand photoshoot you're seeing?

It pushed me SO far outside my comfort zone that I mentally canceled multiple times. Standing in front of cameras, being told to "own my authority," felt like wearing someone else's clothes.

But here's what I've learned about stepping outside comfort zones:

that's EXACTLY where your growth lives.

…her dad was a sheriff, which should tell you something about how normalized drinking is in our culture. That first buzz turned into high school parties, college binge drinking, alcohol drenched professional networking events, and then the loneliness of the every-other-weekend single mom thing without my son…alcohol was my grey-area companion.

I was never a stereotypical "rock bottom" story. Heck, I wasn't even a "high-funcitoning" drinker, I could go without it...but when I went with it, I could never stop at one.

I was ( to the world ) normal, successful, respected. I built a thriving CPA practice, raised my son, maintained relationships. From the outside, everything looked fine.

The moment that changed everything wasn't about me...it was about him.

"I don't want
to go to

dad's anymore."

His father's drinking had created an environment where my child didn't feel safe. In that moment, I realized something profound: my son needed a sober parent.

Not a perfect parent, but a present, clear, fully-there parent.

That's when I started asking myself

the hard questions:

Why was I doing CrossFit and eating paleo if I was binge drinking every other weekend to cope? Why was I optimizing my body while numbing my mind?

there's something most people won't tell you: my journey wasn't linear. I tried coaching. I got certified. I drank again. I read "This Naked Mind."

I STOPPED,

STARTED,

STOPPED AGAIN...

Each restart felt like failure, but here's what I know now:

Day 1 isn't failure. It's courage. It's the refusal to give up on who you're becoming, in spite of the setbacks.

if i'm totally
honest...

What Changed EVERYTHING

The more I got involved in the alcohol-free community, the stronger I became. When I tried to do it alone, willpower failed. When I surrounded myself with people who understood the journey, who celebrated the wins and supported through the struggles...everything shifted.

That's when I discovered my mission:

creating the things I wished had existed during my hardest moments.

You need people who understand that success doesn't protect you from grey area drinking. That functionality doesn't mean you're not struggling. That wanting more for your life isn't weak or boring...it's the wisdom to live a worthwhile life.

As a CPA, I deal in facts and figures.

Here's what the data shows about alcohol-free living: better sleep, improved cognitive function, enhanced creativity, stronger immune system, better decision-making capacity.

But here's what the numbers can't capture:

the morning you wake up PROUD instead of ashamed.

The conversation you have fully PRESENT instead of half-checked-out.

The decision you make from CLARITY instead of cloud.

The investment you make in yourself that

pay DIVIDENDS in every area of your life.

I'm not here to tell you that alcohol-free living is easy. I'm here to tell you it's worth it.

I'm not here to promise you'll never struggle.

I'm here to promise you won't struggle alone.

And I'm definitely not here to pretend I have it all figured out. I'm here to figure it out together, one day at a time, one choice at a time, one community and one conversation at a time.

Because your superpowers are waiting.

And they're worth fighting for.
